Service & Process
Do you offer waterless washing?
No. Wisp uses low-water, paint-safe methods with proper lubrication, clean microfiber systems, and conditions appropriate for the vehicle.
Do you use contractors?
Wisp service follows documented standards, checklists, and consistent methods. We do not send random crews with unknown processes.
Do you need water or power?
Most services are self-contained or low-resource. We confirm any water, power, or access needs before scheduling.
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor appointments may move for rain, lightning, high wind, or unsafe conditions. Covered garages are preferred when available.

Do you service condos?
Yes, when vendor access is allowed and the work area is safe. Property managers can request a vendor packet.
What areas do you serve?
Wisp serves select Miami neighborhoods by appointment, including Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, and Aventura. Contact us to confirm your address.
Scope
Do you clean mold or biohazards?
Not at launch. Wisp focuses on premium maintenance, interior refreshes, ceramic care, and controlled detailing services.
What services does Wisp not offer?
Wisp does not offer express washes, traditional waterless wipe-downs, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, flooded interiors, severe odor removal, engine bay cleaning, deep scratch removal, multi-stage paint correction, boat or RV detailing, or unapproved garage work.
Booking
How do I apply for a Wisp membership?
Visit Memberships, choose the plan that matches your vehicle, and send the application. We confirm service area, parking access, vehicle condition, and cadence before approving.
How do I request a vendor packet?
Use the Property Managers page. The packet includes insurance, business information, service menu, low-water process details, access notes, and technician policy.
